We are writing our Quality Strategy for 2012-14. Through the Quality Strategy we will identify ways of improving the services we provide for our patients. We all want to help make our services better. The 1000 Voices campaign is about allowing you, our service users, members, governors, staff to share your ideas about what you think we should be doing.
