ESF Community Learning Grants in the North West
Funding opportunity - Help people in your community get back into work!
The WEA (Workers' Educational Association) invites your organisation to apply for a small grant, up to a maximum of £12,000, from the European Social Fund (ESF) Community Learning Grants programme.
This is to fund courses and activities supporting individuals who are out of work, helping them to access employment or further learning and training.
The programme is to be delivered by constituted community and voluntary groups, registered charities & social enterprises that already play an important role at grass roots level providing intensive support to those individuals that are most disadvantaged.
There will be five grant rounds in 2012-13: already 75 groups in the region have had funding bids approved. The Third Grant Round is now open until noon on Thursday 13th September 2012
