Message from the AWAZ Board:
Following a meeting of members of the AWAZ Board. Given the rapidly changing situation with regards to the COVID-19 infection and the wish to minimise the risk of infection among staff, volunteers and the public, a decision has been taken to cancel community-based events in the coming weeks and months, including the Unity Festivals in Carlisle and Kendal.
As the situation is ever evolving this may have an impact on other activities planned in the foreseeable future.
AWAZ believes this is the most responsible course of action.
